What is Enkobi Premium Medicals return policy?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If your return is the result of a shipping error from our end, Enkobi Premium Medicals will issue a full refund, including the shipping cost charged.
What is the process of return?
- Except for items noted as non-returnable, you may return most unopened items purchased from Enkobi Premium Medicals within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Authorization: A Return Authorization (RA) number from Enkobi Premium Medicals is required for all returns. Returning an item without an RA number may delay your refund and return process. To request an RA number, please complete the Return Authorization Form. After submitting the RA form, we will provide you with a shipping address to return the item to. Your return may be delayed if the item is not shipped to the address provided.
- Condition of returned items: All returns must be unopened, new, undamaged, and in fit to be resold condition. All parts and accessories must be included and in original packaging.
- Orders shipped for free will be subject to reduction of the original cost of shipping the item.
- Shipping errors must be reported immediately, within 15 days of receiving the item(s).
- Items identified as non-refundable are not eligible for return.
- Any product that you return may be subject to a restocking fee, except if returned due to our error.
Which products are non-returnable?
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as errors in ordering or changes in medical needs. While we aim to accommodate all return requests, certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
- Opened personal care products.
- Special order items.
- Opened or used medical items or devices which can no longer be sent back to the manufacturer.
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Perishable or beverage products.
- All clearance items.
- First aid items, including first aid kits, first aid refills, and other related first aid products are not returnable.
- Due to health and safety regulations, products used for personal hygiene and self-care are non-returnable.
- Products that come in contact with the body are considered single-use products and will be non-returnable.
Exchanges:
Since we work with various manufacturers, different sale regulations apply, so we do not offer exchanges. If you no longer need the item you ordered, please initiate a return using our return policy and order the preferred item.
